AJR Nexus™ and ajrnexus.com

Version 1.0 · Effective 15 August 2026 · Last updated 28 August 2026

---

THE SHORT VERSION

The AJR Nexus desktop application does not collect your data. Not your transactions,
not your balances, not your notes, not your passwords, not your files. Not anonymously,
not in aggregate, not for analytics.

Your financial records live on your own computer, in a folder you control. The
application contains no telemetry, no analytics, no usage tracking, no automatic update
check, and no crash-reporting service. Unless you deliberately connect an integration,
the application makes no network connections at all.

The only personal information we actually receive is what you send us directly: a form
you fill in on our website, an email you write to us, or a purchase you make through our
payment processor.

Most of this policy is therefore about our website, not our software. That is unusual,
and it is deliberate.

This summary is provided for clarity. The sections below are the operative policy.

---

1. WHO WE ARE

This policy is issued by VersaReach Pro Ltd Co, a Georgia limited liability company
("we," "us," "our"), the provider of the AJR Nexus desktop application and the operator
of ajrnexus.com.

Contact: privacy@ajrnexus.com · 8735 Dunwoody Place, Ste N, Atlanta, GA 30350

---

2. THE SOFTWARE: WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

When you use AJR Nexus, the following are created and stored only on your computer, in
the application's data folder:

- Financial records — transactions, budgets, pay periods, categories, debts, sinking
funds, goals, and the figures derived from them
- Business records — profit and loss data, sales, contacts, interactions, and pipeline
- Planning data — daily plans, tasks, routines, calendar events, and reminders
- Knowledge content — notes, prompts (stored as plain Markdown files), bookmarks, and
  projects
- Vault contents — passwords, keys, documents, credentials, and files you store in the
  Digital Vault, encrypted
- Application settings and automatic local backups

We do not receive any of it. We have no server that stores it, no account system that
mirrors it, and no technical means of accessing it. You may copy, export, move, or
delete this folder at any time without asking us.

---

3. WHAT THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT DO

We state these plainly because they are unusual, and because they are verifiable in the
application's behavior:

- No telemetry. The application does not report usage, feature adoption, session
  length, or any behavioral data.
- No analytics. No analytics service is embedded in the application.
- No automatic update check. The application does not contact us to look for new
  versions.
- No crash reporting. No crash or error data is transmitted anywhere, automatically or
  otherwise.
- No account. AJR Nexus requires no sign-up, no login to us, and no online identity.
- No advertising. We do not serve ads, and we do not sell or rent your personal
information, and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. That is a
permanent commitment, not a description of a current release.

Apart from integrations you configure yourself (Section 6), the current desktop
application makes no outbound network connections.

If we ever offer an optional service that changes what information is transmitted or
processed — a cloud backup or a mobile synchronization service, for example — we will
disclose it here and describe it fully before that service begins processing anything.
Any such service would be optional, and the desktop application would continue to work
without it.

---

4. LICENSE ACTIVATION

Your license is verified entirely on your own computer, using cryptography built into
the application. Activation does not contact us or any server, and transmits nothing.

During activation the application computes a machine identifier by cryptographically
hashing your computer's name and network hardware address. This identifier:

- is a one-way hash, and contains no hardware serial number or readable identifier;
- is stored only on your computer; and
- is never transmitted to us, because the application has no facility to transmit it.

We do know the name you gave us when you purchased or requested a license, because we
issued that license to you. We hold that in our business records (Section 7).

---

5. DIAGNOSTIC REPORTS — YOU CONTROL THEM COMPLETELY

If something goes wrong, the application can build a diagnostic report to help us help
you. Here is exactly how it works:

1. The report is built on your computer.
2. It is shown to you in full, before anything happens.
3. You then choose to copy it or save it to a file — or to do neither.
4. The application transmits nothing. If we ever receive a diagnostic report, it is
because you personally sent it to us.

What the report contains: the application version, basic system information (operating
system version, screen size, Python runtime), non-identifying settings such as theme
and font scale, counts of records (for example, "412 transactions"), and a short tail of
the application log.

What the report never contains: transaction amounts or descriptions, category names,
budget figures, vault or prompt contents, passwords, keys, tokens, your license key,
your name, email addresses, or file paths that identify you.

The report is built from an explicit list of permitted fields rather than a list of
excluded ones, so new data cannot leak in accidentally. Free text passes through
automatic redaction that removes email addresses, home folder paths, dollar amounts,
long digit sequences, and your own name before you ever see the report.

---

6. OPTIONAL INTEGRATIONS — YOUR CONNECTION, NOT OURS

AJR Nexus can connect to third-party services. All are optional, all are off by
default, and none is required for the application to work.

The available integrations are: Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Contacts,
QuickBooks, Stripe, Square, and GoHighLevel.

Bank-data aggregation. The application also contains support for Plaid, a third-party
service that retrieves transaction data from financial institutions. This capability is
not enabled in AJR Nexus as distributed to customers, and is not available for you to
turn on. It exists in the codebase and is reserved for the developer's own use.

If we ever enable it in a released version, we will update this policy before doing so
and describe precisely what data would flow where. And if you are ever using a build in
which it has been enabled, the same rules in this section apply: the connection is made
using credentials configured on your own computer, data travels between your computer
and Plaid, we operate no server in that path and receive none of the data, and Plaid's
own privacy policy governs their handling of it. Any such connection is read-only — it
can never move money.

Apart from that capability, AJR Nexus does not connect to your bank. Financial records
enter the application either by manual entry or by importing a file you download
yourself from your bank's own website. The application never asks for your online
banking credentials, never connects to a financial institution, and never moves money.

How they work, and why it matters for your privacy:

- You supply the credentials. You obtain your own developer credentials or API keys
from the provider and enter them into the application.
- The connection is direct. Data travels from your computer to that provider and back.
- We are not in the path. We operate no relay, no proxy, and no middleman server. We
hold no shared application secret. We never see the data exchanged, and we could not
  if we wanted to.
- Credentials are encrypted. They are stored only in the Digital Vault on your machine.
Integrations do not run while the vault is locked.

When you enable an integration, that provider's own privacy policy and terms govern how
they handle your data. We encourage you to read them.

7. OUR WEBSITE AND OUR BUSINESS RECORDS — WHERE WE DO RECEIVE INFORMATION

This is where actual collection happens.

7.1 Beta application and contact forms

If you apply for the closed beta or contact us through ajrnexus.com, we collect what you
submit: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any description you
write about your business.

How it reaches us: the form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party
form-delivery service, which forwards the submission to our email inbox, hosted by
Google (Gmail). Both are therefore processors of that information, and their own
privacy practices apply to their handling of it.

Why we collect it: to evaluate beta applications, to issue license keys, and to
communicate with you about the product.

We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, sell your information, or
share it with anyone other than the service providers named in this policy.

7.2 Email

If you email support@, privacy@, or legal@ajrnexus.com, we receive your message and
your email address. Our mail is hosted by Namecheap Private Email, and may be accessed
through Google (Gmail).

7.3 Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases are completed in your web browser, not
inside the application. We never see or handle your card number — Stripe does. We
receive from Stripe the record of your purchase: your name, email address, billing
location, what you bought, and when. We use that to issue your license, provide
support, honor refunds, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

7.4 License records

We keep a record of licenses we have issued: the licensee name, the edition and term,
and the issue date. We need this to verify ownership, to reissue a key if your computer
is lost or replaced, and to enforce our license terms.

---

8. COOKIES AND WEBSITE ANALYTICS

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on ajrnexus.com, we do not track
you across other websites, and we do not build a profile of you from your visit.

Our website is hosted with a third-party website builder, which may set cookies
strictly necessary for the site to function. If we ever add analytics, or any cookie
that is not strictly necessary, we will describe it in this section and obtain consent
where required — before it is used.

The AJR Nexus application itself uses no cookies of any kind. It is not a web
application and does not embed a browser.

---

9. SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO RECEIVE NO CUSTOMER DATA

For completeness, these vendors support our business but do not receive any information
about you or your data:

- Namecheap — domain registration for ajrnexus.com
- Microsoft Azure Trusted Signing — digital code signing of our software releases, so
Windows can verify the application came from us and has not been tampered with. This
process signs our files; it does not involve you or your data.

We list them for transparency, not because they process personal information.

---

10. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

In the software: the Digital Vault encrypts your secrets with AES-256-GCM under a key
derived from your master password using Argon2id. Your master password is never stored
and never transmitted, and cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. This is a
deliberate design choice: it means a breach of our systems cannot expose your vault,
because we hold nothing that could open it. It also means that if you lose your master
password and your recovery key, your vault contents are permanently lost. We cannot
help, and no one can.

Our software is digitally signed so that Windows can verify its origin and integrity.

In our business: we limit the personal information we hold to what is described in
Section 7, restrict access to it, and use reputable providers. No system is perfectly
secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

---

11. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

- Your data in the software — as long as you keep it. We have no copy and no say.
Delete the folder and it is gone.
- Beta applications and correspondence — for as long as needed for the purpose
collected, and then deleted on request.
- License and purchase records — retained as long as necessary to support your license
and to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

---

12. YOUR CHOICES AND YOUR RIGHTS

Your data in the software is under your direct control. You do not need to ask us, and
you do not need to submit a request. You can:

- Access it — open the data folder on your computer
- Export it — the application exports to open formats including CSV and PDF; prompts
  are already plain Markdown files
- Back it up — copy the folder anywhere you like
- Delete it — delete the folder, or use the application's own tools

That is stronger than a rights-request process, because it does not depend on us at
all.

For the limited information we do hold — beta applications, correspondence, license and
purchase records — you may contact privacy@ajrnexus.com to ask what we hold about you,
request correction, or request deletion. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We
may need to retain purchase and license records where law requires it, and we will tell
you if that is the case.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights. We will honor
rights that apply to you. Write to privacy@ajrnexus.com and tell us what you are asking
for; we will not make you navigate a process to exercise a right you have.

---

13. CHILDREN

AJR Nexus is intended for adults managing their own finances and businesses. It is not
directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone
under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact
privacy@ajrnexus.com and we will delete it.

---

14. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Because we hold so little personal information — and none of your financial data — the
realistic exposure is limited to contact details in our email and form records.

If personal information we hold is compromised, we will notify affected individuals and
any authority required by Georgia law without unreasonable delay once we understand the
scope, and we will tell you what was affected and what we are doing about it. We will
not minimize it.

---

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change this policy we will update the version and date above. The copy shown to
you inside AJR Nexus is the authoritative version. Once https://ajrnexus.com/privacy-policy is
live, we will keep it identical to the copy in the application. For material changes we
will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers directly. We will never make
a change that retroactively permits us to collect data we told you we do not collect.
